Formatting and number formats
"Clear formatting" shortcut in Google Sheets
Removes bold, borders, number formats and other formatting at once. The text stays.

What about Excel?
Excel (Windows) uses different keys.
ExcelAlt+H+E+F
In Excel, you use the Alt key to choose Clear → Clear Formats on the ribbon.
