Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KeyboardGym, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Use of Service

KeyboardGym is provided free of charge for educational purposes. You may use the service to learn and practice keyboard shortcuts, Excel formulas and typing. You must not submit results that were not produced by actually typing, use software to submit results automatically, or otherwise manipulate the ranking.

Monthly Typing Ranking

Typing results are published as a monthly ranking. By using the service you agree to the following:

• Sessions that meet the entry conditions are added to the ranking automatically
• No name or nickname is shown; only rank, score, CPM, accuracy and device type are published
• Positions change as other people practice, and the ranking period resets at the start of each month
• The scoring formula and the entry conditions may change without notice
• Records are kept for a limited period and are then deleted automatically

We may remove or hide any record that we consider fraudulent, incorrectly measured or otherwise damaging to the fairness of the ranking, without prior notice. We may also limit submissions from devices that send an excessive number of requests.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the ranking, the positions shown, or its continued availability, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the content.

Intellectual Property

All content on KeyboardGym, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of KeyboardGym and protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
