By accessing and using KeyboardGym, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Use of Service

KeyboardGym is provided free of charge for educational purposes. You may use the service to learn and practice keyboard shortcuts, Excel formulas and typing. You must not submit results that were not produced by actually typing, use software to submit results automatically, or otherwise manipulate the ranking.

Monthly Typing Ranking

Typing results are published as a monthly ranking. By using the service you agree to the following:

• Sesje spełniające warunki trafiają do rankingu automatycznie
• Nie pokazujemy imienia ani pseudonimu — publikujemy tylko miejsce, wynik, CPM, poprawność i typ urządzenia
• Miejsca zmieniają się, gdy ćwiczą inni, a okres rankingowy zeruje się na początku każdego miesiąca
• Sposób liczenia wyniku i warunki wejścia do rankingu mogą się zmienić bez zapowiedzi
• Wyniki przechowujemy przez ograniczony czas, a potem usuwamy automatycznie

We may remove or hide any record that we consider fraudulent, incorrectly measured or otherwise damaging to the fairness of the ranking, without prior notice. We may also limit submissions from devices that send an excessive number of requests.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the ranking, the positions shown, or its continued availability, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the content.

Intellectual Property

All content on KeyboardGym, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of KeyboardGym and protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
