Ctrl+HOpen the Find and Replace dialog
Ctrl+F opens Find only. If you also need to replace, start with Ctrl+H. If you opened Ctrl+F, you can switch to the Replace tab.
Ctrl+H lets you bulk-replace text. Fixing text across a large deck shrinks from minutes to seconds. It uses the same shortcut as Excel, so it's easy to remember.

Open the dialog with Ctrl+H, enter the old and new text, and click 'Replace All.'

Enter the search stringEnter the exact text, such as 'Acme Corp.' You can control case sensitivity with the 'Match case' checkbox.
Enter the replacement stringEnter the new correct text. To delete the text, leave the replacement field blank.
Click 'Replace All'After processing, the number of changes is shown. If it says 0, the search string was not found — check your spelling.
Tip: You can undo the replacement with Ctrl+Z. If the result wasn't what you intended, reverse it immediately.
